What does it cost to hire Bissi & Associates?
Nothing up front. Under our contingency-fee agreement, you owe no representative fee unless we win your case. Social Security must authorize any representative fee, and we cannot charge more than it authorizes.
My claim was already denied. Is it too late?
Probably not. Most disability cases are denied at the initial and reconsideration levels. We win many of these cases on appeal. You typically have 60 days from the denial date to appeal the decision, so the sooner we discuss your claim, the better.
How long does the process usually take?
It depends on where you are in the process. During your free case review, we can give you a better understanding of where you are and how long it could take to receive a favorable decision.
Do I have to travel to an office?
No. Most clients work with us by phone and video. We have offices in New Port Richey and Greenacres. We also meet our clients in Lakeland, Spring Hill and Tampa.
